Topic: Staying above it all: How to achieve excellence amid chaos.

Pet care businesses are fueled by passion - at least, that’s how it starts out. But what do you do when that passion turns into an extended period of “running on empty” while you try to manage and scale your business? Burnout is an ever-present risk for entrepreneurs and small business owners, and when you’re involved with pets (even in a non-rescue capacity), the additional complication of compassion fatigue can magnify ordinary burnout to dangerous levels. Join four-time entrepreneur and founder/CEO of FetchFind Jamie Migdal as she discusses her experiences in the rapidly-evolving pet industry landscape, and how you can achieve operational excellence while still enjoying a healthy (and satisfying) work-life balance.
