The cut-off date for the room block is Monday, December 23, 2019 or when we run out of rooms WHICHEVER COMES FIRST! We will probably run out of rooms so as soon as you know your dates, go ahead and make your room reservation.
CONFERENCE SCHEDULE: Please note, the general session will start on MONDAY 1/20 in the morning and the MEET & GREET will be MONDAY evening, not Sunday evening as we have done in the past. We will have official conference check-in available starting Sunday afternoon. We are also planning activities on THURSDAY that you will want to stick around for.
